Dear Agony Ant,
I think I have a binge eating problem. A few days ago, I fought a crocodile, and won! In the heat of the moment, I took a little bite and before I knew it, it was gone, and I was a giant crocodile shaped blob. In the sobering light of day, I slithered home bloated and ashamed and was berated for being so with careless about my health. We are all slightly on edge after that python in Florida burst while eating an alligator. I am fearful that my next meal might be my last. How do I overcome these urges?
Bitten off more than I can chew,

Dear bitten off more than you can chew,
It should be recognised that in times of food scarcity and in places where you can’t easily duck over to the nearest 7-11 for a packet of chips, binge eating is a fairly normal response. However, often concern from loved ones is a sure fire sign that things might be getting a bit out of control. It is also a great thing knowing that people out there care about you. Why don’t you use that support network to guide you through your binge eating habits? Perhaps try hunting with friends, who can help you make decisions on suitable prey to target. Or sharing is caring! The important thing is to make sure you have a healthy relationship with food and avoid yo-yo dieting. Because no-one likes being stuck at a party with that snake talking about their clean eating keto-paleo-fasting-adderkins diet.
